I acquired this gorilla suit with two heads that was made by Howard Berger for a never made show on FOX titled SIMIAN.
Going to have to perform some restoration on it.
Here is what Howard Berger told me about it:
"Hey JEFFREY, thanks for buying the crazy gorilla suit. Yes, that is Don McLeod suit for a film that we prepped and never got shot called Simian for fox TV.
There was a period when fox TV was trying to make their own cheap versions of other monster movies. They even did a Godzilla like movie. Unfortunately, this never happened it was a film that Tom Holland was supposed to direct. We spent a ton of money made a ton of suits, and they never were filmed sadly , myself, Tami Lane and Don were all planned to play these gorillas.
And that head was the Stunt head for Don. Bill Zahn sculpted that head. He’s now one of the top animators at Pixar and he’s a great guy."
