Gobler and BluFive Golden Idol size comparison

Here is my Gobler idol on the left and the hollow cast BluFive Idol on the right. THe Gobler idol is known to be cast from an ILM idol and is the most accurate idol in public existance. Here ya go...

IS it cast from an original ? As in untouched or resculpted ? I was always under the impression Jeff resculpted the mouth...could be wrong, its been a long time.

I too seem to remember that Jeff reworked the face somehow... still, it's a beautiful albeit somewhat idealized idol... now, if I could get the time to leaf mine someday...:lol

It's the 24k Gold Metallic spray paint from Michael's Art store. It's the paint that takes 4 months to dry, so I am know gold leafing it. It also looks more like goldish brass than real gold and I wanted a more rustic gold look to it.
