Currently I am working on a Heath Ledger Joker costume, which requires me to have long hair, but combed to the side. In order to achieve this visible hairline a wig would not provide, I am going to wear a bald cap and then hair it with crepe hair.
However, I know that standard latex bald caps are very translucent and require a layer of makeup.
Does any one know what sort of glue I should use that will stick to makeup? I know this can be done, as I have seen it before. I don't care if it's permanent, in fact, that might be better.

PS Also, if I am going to add dye and gel/products to the crepe hair, would it be better to do that before or after applying to the cap?
