glass/ acrylic eyes

I'm working on my life size Indiana Jones and could need some hints on where to buy glass or acrylic eyes. I'm in Germany, so any European stores would be best.
I've never build a lifesize figure, so I have no idea, how to attach the eyes. Anybody know any tutorials?

You can get decent sized eyes from ebay, from the reborn doll suppliers, any size up to 28mm, they are mostly in the states but i have not had a problem ordering from them before, i am in the uk.
