Ghostbuster Proton Pack: Finding these cyclotron lights?

Hello everybody.

I'm searching for these lights from this kit that unfortunately have been discontinued

I'm wondering if these are custom made. 4 LED:s attached to a base? Guess I could do that myself, but what material can I use for the base? Is it really necessary to buy a photo resist board for this? There are no circuits on this board I gather.
