Temp would be my guess. One good thing about urethane foam is that you don't really have to worry about keeping it away from moisture, haha!

apologies, must have overlooked this thread.

paid $480 for head including shipping in jan 2013, then $65 for tongue.

received $200, then another $50 in refund.

outstanding refund $295

Hi Marty, I ended up buying the alien head your friend sold this week on ebay, unpainted with the inner jaw. I've not been able to get hold of your friend as they aren't replying to any e-mails, could you please ask them to get in touch with me on ebay if you get the chance. Thanks

Anyone know what type of primer I need for adhere to these heads? A standard acryllic automotive primer doesn't stick but rather starts to run of the slick surface almost instantly despite a very light coating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried washing the surface with soap & water Or degreasing prior to paint? there could be some release agent still on there... maybe?

Slowly working my way through. 3 done so far, 3 to go. Got to make a wacky chrome tongue for a customer and really like the look of the metallic sheen. Definately using the same stuff for the teeth from now on.

Yes I have received the pictures. That was posted before I received the previous pms and emails from you the other day.The head looks great can't wait to get it. :)
