Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. The name is Fui Fui Man I'm a cosplayer from India. I did a Gundam cosplay recently which will be my entry, it took me around 10 days to make ( no sleep). There is still a lot more to do in the costume, but it looks pretty good so far!

Okay so Day 1,
I started of with the helmet first, as its the most important part of a mech suit, as all the proportions are based on it!
I'm using 10 mm EVA foam, and hot glue. (thats what i used for the entire costume)
Also, I'm not a fan of pepakura, I find it too restrictive.

So the base is ready, time to move further.
Will do the final detailing and thats all for day 1, helmet is complete!
Day 2,
So, the helmet is done
I'm starting off with the chest piece, once against similar material, 10 mm EVA foam and glue just cut it and paste paste paste!!!
Day 4 report:
Chest piece is somewhat done!
Day 5:
Starting with the skirt of the gundam. Oh and yes the costume is going to be around 7 feet tall i'll be installing stilts later on in the legs!
Day 6:
And I'm done with the skirt! it looks pretty good till now, the costume!
Day 7:
I'm starting with the legs now! I'll be making the stilts with wood and PVC pipes ( 0.75mm)
Day 9:
Okay so I'm really sleepy now, but finally done with the legs!
Made the arms in like 2 hours ( not very detailed ) as i was out of time, but i managed to finish this by Day 10.
Day 10:
And the costume....
Okay as this entry is for a contest on the forum it requires a proof photo,
well this is a picture of me wearing the costume if the thread and my page is not enough...
