Franklin Puppet from Arrested Development!!! WIP

Hey guys,
This is my first official post on this site, but im a long time fan of everyones work on here.
Anyway, my girlfriends birthday is coming up next month and she is a huge Arrested Development fan, so i decided to make her a replica Franklin puppet as a gift.
Here are some pics of the foam head so far (bare in mind that im aware that the cheeks are too high. I will move them closer to the lips before i cover it.) and the mouthpiece, complete with a miniature speaker and a "My Name is Judge" soundbite.
