Got mine a few days ago ...Took some time to let it sink in (they are VERY close to the screen track guys) and I actually just got done cutting up a set for ESB. The plastic shreads into finer bits than our current replica track. I managed to cut a glue channel with a sanding drum! it wobbled a bit but it worked 
Took the notches out with a dremel too (cutting disc and a cutting cylinder) for a cleaner cut. They look great - I just have to paint them. My phones acting up but I'll post pics soon.
Thanks for doing this man - did you have to straighten them since this track comes coiled up?
