Just chop off the finger loops and add that copper tube and you are set

It's called a retractor, the profiles in history Predator prop is 4.25" long and there are a few on Ebay for under $20 bucks easily.

I asked PIH for more pictures, I have to figure out what that copper tube is.

I kind of love the Predators surgical tools.

Just chop off the finger loops and add that copper tube and you are set

And bend the end fingers outwards. Flip your picture top to bottom and it'll match the real one.

I don't think they were bent at all, simply cut the curved tips and keep the manufactured curve. Check out the 3 prong tips, uneven cuts/filing straight across, look cut to me.
