For you Nicolas Cage fans

FUR%*@ HANGERS!

God, I should hunt that movie down. They didn't even show the best parts from that movie either. There's a scene where he literally has James Coburn tied to a chair and he constantly shouts "You wana ****?! You wana ****?! Let's **** now! We **** now!" Good lord.

he is still acting?
Nope; except for his brief appearance in Kick Ass and possibly Adaptation (which I haven't seen) he hasn't acted since Bringing Out The Dead in 1999. He's still getting paid to act, but these days he's just phoning in his performances.

He has to do something since he lost his comic collection thanks to Elvis' daughter wanting it out of the house and he lost his house thanks to Bernnie Maddoff (I know i spelled that wrong).

On a semi-related note, my buddy and I saw Cage at the Cinerama Dome in Hollywood (California) several years ago. He was accompanied by a very attractive Asian woman who was "dressed to impress" (casual yet classy and sexy), while he was wearing a black tee shirt that had seen better days, torn and very faded black jeans, and a pair of boots that looked as though they might fall apart with the next step, and looked as though he hadn't washed his shoulder-length hair for weeks. As I turned to my buddy to ask if he'd seen Cage, he said rather off-handedly (as though he was merely speaking out loud and not addressing me or anyone else within earshot), "Y'know, I respect a guy who's that talented and successful, but still dresses as bad as we do."
