On a semi-related note, my buddy and I saw Cage at the Cinerama Dome in Hollywood (California) several years ago. He was accompanied by a very attractive Asian woman who was "dressed to impress" (casual yet classy and sexy), while he was wearing a black tee shirt that had seen better days, torn and very faded black jeans, and a pair of boots that looked as though they might fall apart with the next step, and looked as though he hadn't washed his shoulder-length hair for weeks. As I turned to my buddy to ask if he'd seen Cage, he said rather off-handedly (as though he was merely speaking out loud and not addressing me or anyone else within earshot), "Y'know, I respect a guy who's that talented and successful, but still dresses as bad as we do."
