well i took my suite to the asheville comic con and had a blast, but the foam rubbed in certain areas, arms legs and chest , i used multi color foam sheets , bad mistake i recommend using all grey looks like metal when it rubbs off your paint,, and also go lite on the clear coat the more u use the rigid it becomes ..... heres 1 of mine pics from the ACE in north carolina...

looks pretty good! A little blocky in some areas I think but it still looks great

I think the suit looks really good. For an upgrade I would get a resin or fiberglass helmet. Other than that, excellent job.
