Foam Hylian Shield from Zelda

After creating a pepakura template file for this earlier today I got it cut out of paper and then cut the pieces out of foam and glued the pieces of foam together with hot glue, next step is to paint the shield tomarrow. I'm doing this for one of the game stores near where I live as a commission. $20 is'nt a bad deal for a full scale shield. Sorry for the blur I'll take another picture tomarrow after I have it sealed, painted and detailed.

Handcut from foam camping mats from Wal-Mart, I used my Pepakura Designer and Metasequoia 3D to create templates for the foam. Altogether that took about 2 hours to go from 3D Model to Foam Shield. Sealed it with Mod-Podge and right now I have the metal color for the trim and the two things above the triforce painted it's going to take me about another 30 minutes to paint the rest of the colors.
