First Order Stormtrooper (Episode VII) Armor - Pepakura Files

I'm building the new First Order Stormtrooper armor using pepakura. I just finished building the whole armor and now I'm starting with the resin/fiberglass process. It's been about 4 months since I started. So now that the models are ready I decided to post the files so other people can use them. Here are some images of the model:

And the pep files:

It was modeled (by my boyfriend) according to my size, so it might be necessary to adjust the scale of some parts. Also, the folder includes two different helmets, so you can choose which one you're gonna use (I recommend the second one, because it's much more detailed and looks just like the original).

Here is the link to the files: https://mega.nz/#!toAHkZTb!BBSKtZTVucw-IjyH6w5A0ymJFGsz4MqqCuUPw1TmQAM

And here are some pictures of me trying the armor:

I hope this is useful to someone. And also, my boyfriend is posting the files of a Clone Trooper armor that he is building. Here is the link.

If anyone have any doubts about anything, just ask me. :)

Quick update:

We made some progress. We already started the fiberglassing on some of the parts. Unfortunately, almost none of them is in the right shape, so we're going to use a blow dryer to fix them. I hope it works fine. Next week we want to start with the bondo coat. We have to hurry if we want to finish the armors by the time of the movie release (to which we already bought our tickets to December 16 at midnight and later at the same day on IMAX!) :D Wish us luck!

Another update:

The movie is getting closer (only 18 days!) and I still have A LOT to do. I'm afraid that I might not finish in time, but I hope at least the helmet will be ready by then. I'm still trying to figure out the "bondo". I think I'm doing a good job considering it's my first time.

And also I started making a blaster using styrofoam. I know it's not the best way to make it, but it's the most affordable for me right now. I just need something to hold while I'm "trooping". I looked for a Hasbro Nerf Blaster, but they are not selling it here in Brazil yet. I only found the darts, so I guess soon they'll start selling it and then I can maybe buy one and modify it. Here it is:

That's it. May the force be with you!

Wow! This looks like an amazing project! Keep us posted!
Have just finished the pep build of the "SmookCnb/Streetsoul" helmet, but unhappy with the basic proportions. Oh well, will just have to build "Helmet 2" from your files ;-)
Actually, I think I will build the whole armor. Thank you ever so much for sharing these files! Thank you, thank you, thank you...

You've made my day!

Here I am again. Unfortunately I couldn't finish the armor in time for the movie, even though I really tried. There just wasn't enough time. And since then I didn't work on the armor again. But I wish to finish it as soon as possible.

I still tried to paint it the way it was hoping I could wear it to the movie premiere. But it didn't look good. It still had a lot of holes and imperfections, but I took some pictures using it. Please note that it is not finished at all. And I hope once I finish the work it will be much much better than this. Here are some pictures.

Thanks everyone for the support! See you guys soon ;)

can you take some close ups of the helmet? what did you end up doing for the mesh in the mouth piece? or for the chrome metal bit on the mouth piece?

those are my two big issues right now that i could really use help on
started working on my pep after i found your thread, so glad to see your back at it

Awesome build so far, It's nice to see your progression. Btw what was your method of constructing the rubber gaskets in between the shoulder bell and bicep to forearm?
