Firefly - Inara's necklace from The Message

I'm looking to recreate or purchase the necklace Inara wore at the beginning of The Message.

Does anyone have any info on this prop? Is it an off the shelf item, is there anyone out there recreating this? I know it's a long shot but if any one would know, it'd be you guys and gals.

The one on the Bay looks slightly different. The flowery part is higher up on the TV show version. They probably altered it.
