More pics - decals came in. Still waiting on the bust to be finished and the box for the hydra logo... Then this bad boy will be done!

Great looking display. The base, wall, posters and ammo cans are creating a setting that really makes the costume pop.
This is one of my favorite promo shots from the movie, and you are doing a nice job capturing the essence in your display. Add in a couple of broken pieces of real concrete and some barbed wire (if you don't have kids / pets that could get hurt) and it would get even better.

Thanks, yeah I had a similar idea about the barbed wire but I do have very young kids or SWOTs (Superhero Obsessed Toddlers).. One of them is even temporarily sleeping in this room while we sleep train his older brother.
On a side note/project, I got board tonight and decided the hulk wall was too bare and I wanted to tie it in to the room a bit more. Below are some pics... I would love to hear your thoughts

Nothing beats a good representation and this is one of the best i´ve seen!
One day you could replace the missing head with a bust of Chris Evans and put the mannequin in a more heroic pose.

Last I heard Rich had the armature done and the general shape roughed out... I too am looking forward to getting it done and in hand.
Rich and I have discussed doing a run of them but still need to work out the details, so you getting one is a real possibility. Will keep you posted

Did you ever say where you got the costume, or did you actually make this? Cause I'm hoping, in the future, I can put together an Avenger team, I'm going to try to work on all the costumes, and this CA costume looks good to try and replacet. You got an tips?

Rich (Fettster) shared the first progress pics of the bust with me today. I must say, it is looking very good thus far. He still has some work to do on it, but he has really started to capture the likeness.
I would post the pics, but I am not sure about the edicate of posting an artist's progress pics without having been told it's ok. I am assuming that is usually a no no.
If I get the ok from him, I will get them up. If not, I will have to wait until it is here or until he starts a thread of his own.
