Fifth Element Mugger Hat

I wanna build a replica of the Mugger's hat from Fifth Element. I don't have a Blu Ray player so I don't have a copy of the image that makes up his hat. Would anyone be so kind to post a HD screen cap of the picture from the movie?

Also, does anyone know what's they used for the headband that holds the picture? It kinda reminds me of the holder you find in hardhats:
