I agree on so many; Harold's Jag hearse, the Ecto-1, and so many others but how is it that we have nine pages with no HARV (Heavily Armored Raidng Vehicle) from Jake Speed made from an old Willys Jeep.

I have all of the episodes along with Manimal, who didn't have a car if I remember correctly

Manimal? My god that stirs up some old memories! I can remember the name and the premise, but I must have been young when it was on because that's all I can recall. Off to wikipedia!

I'm surprised no one mentioned this big dude here.

The Happy Toyz truck from the 1986 Stephen King film, "Maximum Overdrive." (and yes, that is the Green Goblin's head.)

Already mentioned the '55 Chevy one-fifty from American Graffiti but here's some pictures of the Two-lane Blacktop car...

The third regeneration of the Doctor (Dr Who) was played by Jon Pertwee, he was the gadget Doctor.

He had two cars, the first was 'Bessie'

DrWhoexhib3.jpg

The second was 'The Whomobile' also known as 'Alien'

I also liked the cars in the British TV show UFO

The two movies used the same car. They just took off the 2 4-bbls and put a flat hood on it, and painted it gloss black. So Milner was racing against a 454.

Oooo! Those little go-carts from Silent Running. I really wanted one of those when I was young. Can't find any pics.

"The "Odyssey" carts the crew members drive in the film were custom-built on a chassis designed by the director's father."
