Just wondering if anybody else tried this buckle. My P1 backpack kept coming off when in costume. I used velcro to keep the straps and latex buckle together but it was unsuccessful.

I am going to try this buckle for a more permanent solution

Ive got like 3 horse halters shoved into the back of my closet LOL. I personally have not used the buckles for anything other then a halter.. but they are rather strong, (trust me I have a horse) So hell I say use them! An my tip, if you cant find the buckles themselves.. buy a nylon halter, they are much cheaper then leather halters.
