I wanted to share some of my side work with you guys.. i am in charge of a Wire EDM Department at RMS in henderson KY. I have some been doing this for 5 years and love it.. i wanted to share some of the cool items that i have done...

this is the machine that wires the items.. This machine uses a .010 dia wire and electricity to burn itself through materials that are conductive..

I have tons more i have done...

Sweet-- I deal with customers everyday who have EDM-- we supply all the stuff for them too-- wire, filters, resin, etc--
