Fallout: New Vegas (Video Game)

Yeah they only show up in fallout 3 and a couple of issues in new vegas. It's sort of an east coast exclusive like alot of the weapons in the first two original fallout games are west coast only items.

Gotcha. Thanks, Wes! :cool:thumbsup

That's awesome dude. Thanks for posting the link! I'm very excited about your lunchbox. I'll be able to make the bottlecap mine without spending $30 on the lunchbox on ebay!

No prob. I'll try and get that done soon. I got a very complex version and a easy one but will do the easy one first. I forgot about bottlecap mines. I think I might make a papercraft of that one of these times.

The lunch boxes are only 30 on ebay? Sheesh i paid 60.00 for mine, then again it had the bobble head and art book in it still lol.

Just to let you all know my lunchbox papercraft is the exact model I ripped from the game so the textures are not that great when enlarged. Its kinda a blur. If someone is good at designing and wants to redo it please do so and let me know:)

It was easier than me trying to get good rescans out of my strategy guide. It's the one problem with hardbacks is you can't get them flat enough in a scanner.

Going back about two pages, I found a glass bottles all over where I lived at college. I actually had one for a while that I even had a quatum cola sticker on, but I can't find it (ie, it got tossed because it looked like trash, same thing happened with my 64 oz. Caf Pow cup). But you can find them. On making the caps for the bottle, i tried with regualar bottle caps, red spray paint, a gloss spray paint, and water resentant labels. I printed out the nuka-cola onto the labels, painted the bottle caps red, and then put the labels on top before it dried and the sprayed one more layer of the clear shiny over coat. Other than the labels still sorta coming off, it's looks good enought to pass of, and enough to make a necklace out of (I also made them look old and used just with some acrycilics and living with me).

I hope this helps ya'll. Also, here is the link to the tops and Quatum cola label page I used. http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p194/Kotoki-chan/nukasheet.jpg

i soaked a bunch i had in power purple stripper to try and get the paint off but it aged them and made them rusty which works too.

EDIT: I just printed out some NCR cash, 3 of each bill, and while not perfect they're good enough. I used a textured paper but it didn't do much either way. The ink is kinda dark and the backs are a tiny bit smaller than the fronts for some reason, i had a hard time sizing the things, but for my uses they work just fine.

I actually got my NCR money printed out and i splattered some of it with my fake blood mix, which i forgot to write the recipe down for like a dumb @ss. I have to cut them out and dirty them up a bit but i'll post. Also working on holy frag grenades, normal frags, incendiary, plasma, and pulse plus various weapons and other goodies. just taking a while cause i don't wanna mess up.

I've been working on some NCR money myself. I took those same hi-res scans and cleaned them up to an almost-new status, so I could weather them naturally. A nice unbleached cotton paper with a 25% rag content would give it a nice money feel. Here's the album NCR Money, Clean - Imgur I scaled the 5 and 20 to a normal 70mm height for the bills, so I could fit six per page. The 100's are larger in -game, so I scaled them to fit three on an 8.5" x 11" sheet.
