I just want everyone to know that I did not make these, I found the images here and edited them on Microsoft paint (re-sized and flipped the bottom image) to make them what you see now. To print them I would suggest opening the files in Microsoft Paint (idk how to do it on a mac) cropping it so that all you see is the back and front image and then go to attributes and make sure the size is about 5 inches by 5 inches (may vary but that is the size I printed them at). Then Print and then do the double sided trick, I would go into detail about that but I dont know what kind of printer you are all using so I cant be of much help in that department.

Enjoy :D

Im sure too that the members here can make it so much better than I did so yea :D

This was just on my list of fallout props to make too lol. Need to find a good paper to use for this to make it look and feel like old west style money. Have to see what they used during the civil war, also the size of the bills would probably be the size they were back then too (not sure). Next we need to find someone to make us the Legion's coins lol

In my little review/mancrush rant on fallout new vegas...i said it'd be great if someone could make Legion money...i misspoke..this is what i ment THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES OVER!

Slightly off topic i found detailed pics of the 2 coins the legion uses.

I saw those too, I was considering printing them and putting them on cardboard but then I realized it would look horrible...Is it possible however for someone to machine them?

I was going to look into that, it may be more cost effective to do a run of them. I'm going to look up the measurements of real roman coins for them before i go asking around, I figure they're so big on everything roman that they'd make the coins the same size lol

Yea,
I mean even if they are made out aluminium, it would still be really awesome to have metal Legion currency

In the game, if you play the card game Caravan, it shows the coins on the table along with some caps. Might be a good start when it comes to figuring out size. Given that the legion coins probably wouldn't be based so much on real roman coins, as probably casino tokens from Ceasars palace, like the uniforms

Good point. I never played Caravan in the game. I'll do it tonight and get a rough idea. If its based on poker chips i can just trace one of the chips that came with my special edition for size.

I'll have to play it. I looked at the screen with the coins on it and i think you're right, they are about the size on there of the casino chips.

From what i can tell, they're somewhere between the size of a quarter, and the chips that came with the collectors edition. (Which btw....any prop collector that didn't hash out the extra $20 should be ASHAMED! ASHAMED I SAY!!!) GODS I'm loving this game!!! It's got this Ocean's 11 meets Mad Max feel.

uggg pulling my leg hu?
Oh well, I guess Ill have to buy the collectors edition.

Hey...Everyone who got the collectors edition...we should all get together and have a Caravan tournament!

What's inside the collector's edition:

# “Lucky 7” poker chips. Each of the seven poker chips was designed to represent chips from the major casinos found on the New Vegas strip and throughout the Mojave Wasteland.
# A fully customized Fallout: New Vegas deck of cards. Each card in the pack has been uniquely illustrated to depict characters and factions found within the game. Use the cards to play poker, blackjack or Caravan, an original card game that was created by Obsidian especially for Fallout: New Vegas!
# A recreation of the game’s highly coveted “Lucky 38” platinum chip.

Pictures are welcome.

You may be able to get the extras cheap online from someone who doesn't want them. I'm getting the extras from halo reach: legendary (except the statue) for 13.99 off ebay lol.
