Comparison with a screen used one from the making-of feature on the Blu-ray:

The barrels are blocked and painted red, probably for convention/gun safety, which I am not a fan of. I'm not sure if it's possible to modify it to add a real grapple hook. The bottom image is of the left-hand gauntlet but I flipped the image for easier comparison.

For a metal Batman grapple gun of any version that's a really good price, especially with a nice case.
