RE-EDITED! Sorry its been so long since a post but just got some new shots of the suit back! probably the last ones the suit will get! so enjoy!

and have edited them all myself to use personally these files will not be uploaded as they are not official i didn't not make them i simply edited a few things to suit my needs better

Also new suit is underway! Started the Classic Red Gold Armour so will hopefully have it done in 2 months or so.

Sorry man, the suit is actually worn to crap so I cant put it together till i've had time to do a full repair. But I can explain how i did the back if you're just looking for a way of constructing the thing so its easy to take on and off

no problem bro, i would like a tutorial on how you connected the back part from the chest. btw, could i request the hand file and chest diamond? JFcustom's unfold doesnt supply those.

Yeah i just used the classic non foam ones, =P I'll try to get them but my actual laptop is ****ed and it has all the files on it =P
As for attaching the back to the chest i made the collar and spine seperate to the chest and then used a clip in the front of the neck then there were two clips under the spine that are connected behind the arms, I'll try post pics if i can this week!

HIcool, someone is building my files
good job so far, its a bit of a learning curve with foam, each new part you build will be cleaner than the previous one. theres really not a lot you can do to clean up a foam piece, it will be a little flattened out with the sealing and painting, tho
something you could try, is skinning it with foamies, that way you get one uniform surface. i have never really tried it, but ive seen it been done, and it can work on a imperfect piece
I have yours files of iron man extermis - but it is missing leg parts. I have paper model(no for foam). Can You give me the link to all parts from extermis? because I like it very much ...

Ok well dunno if theres still any interest left in this thread but got another convention coming up, my new suits not ready so I took the Extremis one again and added serious battle damage, So visible scarring burns and bullet holes. I cant show you right now sadly as everything is under wraps till this weekend! but soon as I have some good pics you guys'll be the first to know!

Thanks man, well the con is over and it was an absolute blast! sadly the suit is beyond saving now but i did get plenty of use out of it! So just waiting for people to post pics now, and for my hangover to go away =P I'm a mess!!

I'm already working on a new suit, trying out my first ever freehand build with the MKIII Space armour (GodKiller) from the comics!
