Evil Dead reference pics needed

I need to get some good reference pictures of the Book of the Dead from Evil Dead. Can anyone help?

Which version, evil dead or evil dead 2? If you do a google search for images there were tons of images of the cover of both versions of the book.

When I get home, I'll take pics of mine (well...I got it for my redhead ).

It has reproductions of original art in it, and was signed by the cast.

Also, does anyone know dimensions? Or at least a rough estimate? Or hell, even a rough guess. I haven't seen the movie in a while so I haven't the slightest clue how big it was. Doesn't have to be perfect.
