That 3 barreled shotgun has been all over the sci-fi channel. SG Atlantis, Eureka and some sci-fi original movie about vampires in space.
Yes, the name of that TV movie was called "Bloodsuckers" when it was broadcasted (but for DVD release, it was renamed "Vampire Wars: Battle for the Universe"). From what I read somewhere, that gun was from one of the "Blade" movies, but I can't be sure if that is true or where it is I remember reading it from.
In one episode, they reused the interior of the Raptor from the RIS "Battlestar Galactica," for the interior of a earth-tunneling vehicle in one episode.
For props, I think a majority of what they use may be constructed stuff. One item I can think of that could be replicated is Sheriff Carter's baseball bat, with dents from when he beat the nuclear core of S.A.R.A.H. in one of the episodes in Season 1 ("H.O.U.S.E. Rules").
Carter's Keychain (as seen in the Season 1 finale), the memory wipe device (again, Season 1), Coffee Cups and Carryout bags from Cafe Diem, Fargo's paper target from Season 4's "All the Rage" are just some of the things I can think of off the top of my head.
Since Season 4 crossovers with "Warehouse 13," any items that Fargo brought to the Warehouse could be made, just as much as any items Claudia brought to Eureka can be made.
