ESB rebel fleet Hospital ship

First off why does the fleet need a hospital ship when they have a medical frigate? Anyway I guess that is what we are calling it so I will go with it. I made this several years ago but was not happy with it so after being able to identify more of the major parts and realize I had the kits, I wanted to do another one. For this one I wanted it to have a bit of a more refined look. The major kit parts had rivited detaling on them that I did not feel fit in with the SW universe. I see SW as being a paneled not a riveted one. So I sanded away the detail and added panel lines. I am intending to use the correct? parts where I can based on what I have and add details of my own here and there. The reference for this thing is minimal at best but I would like to thank Apophis for posting his build and helping me with a part. here is what I got so far.

Yeah pretty much, I dubbed mine the ambulance, a clone wars remnant, used to pick up stranded pilots and bring them over to the medical frigate.

I can see the fleet needing such a ship. Come to think of it, the various ships and craft in a 20th/21st century navy would be needed be a sci-fi one.

Well here she is all built before painting. I can't thank Apophis enough for helping me with the parts ID. Again I wanted this one to have a more fleshed out look so I did add more parts here and there in case someone in the future may want to use this as as a reference guide.

Ok here she is all painted. I did the paint work using close up detail picts of the Medical Frigate as a model. It was first given a primer coat of Tamiya fine grey. The Base is Archive X Reefer White. The grey panels and streaks are Dark Reefer Grey. The cab is Foundation misted over with Weathered Black. The Red stripes are SP Daylight. Rust, Aurore Pink and Coach Green also make an appearance.
