EP 7 Tie Pilot Flightsuit

Has anyone come up with a decent source or researched the new Tie pilot costume? I'm looking into possible custom ordering a pattern from a seamstress. But I thought I'd check in and see if anyone knows of someone already working on one. I've looked around some already. But I haven't seen much. Also has anyone found boots or gloves that would work for this build? I'll post any progress I make here as time passes.
