For those that don't have a credit card. Maybe you could use a prepaid visa / MasterCard that you can pick up at drug store. Some banks even sell them to customers as gift card style. My wife used them to buy things over in the UK for me. This way I wouldn't see it on the credit statement or PayPal account. Just my two cents on the matter.
