Following on from RafalFett fantastic work I Recreated the Forman’s ID but sadly I cannot find a screen shot of the ID photo. Enjoy!

It looks good, but if you want a better replica, use this font for all the text (except the serial number) ==> ArTarumianKamar Font:

The ID card is 105 x 75 mm and the BC is 95 x 55 mm.
