Ditto: but really.... I think that if there were a contest; make it along the lines of whatever the puzzle or question may be; it's answer is incorporated into the theme of the project.

For example; the bearded one is quiet fond of particular design, so you could go with a plaid motiff.

How about an internet scavenger hunt. Find clues on sites that will enable us to put the history of the x wing model together until we have the definitive thread about it.
 
Hi All!

Thanks to everyone who submitted ideas for our contest to win one of our X-wing development prototypes. There were a lot of great ideas and some very interesting ones, as well.

We know that we said that we would take the top 5 ideas and put it to a vote, but after we read the one about donating a Star Wars toy to Toys For Tots, we knew that was the one!

In an uncertain economy, unfortunately, the charities are usually one of the first to be adversely affected. And in this season of sharing and giving, we are sure that you will agree that we could not think of a more appropriate contest. Even though only one will get the X-wing prototype, hopefully 100’s or possibly even 1,000’s of needy children will benefit and have a very special gift for the holidays!

We will be getting you the contest guidelines shortly. Thank you in advance for your generous donations and wishing all of you a very happy holiday!
