I completely agree, this whole sale has seemed to have been mishandled.

I would love an Efx Coulson badge at a reasonable price, unlike the $250 the ebay gang are trying to sell for right now.

Fingers crossed Efx will do a 2nd run with Worldwide shipping.

Something I am confused on... Is there going to be a non-exclusive version of the Coulson badge available ever?

If it had been clear from the start that we would be able to have the badges shipped, instead of only being available for pick-up (and that this would be the only chance to get one without resorting to ebay) I would have ordered one... I see now that earlier in this thread someone posted an email sent by EFX that mentions this shipping option, but that was certainly not listed on their site back in September when the badge was still available.

I guess it was a bad assumption on my part that the 'Exclusive Edition' label referred to the personalized ID card and that there would be a larger production run of a "standard edition" Coulson badge for sale to the general public later on... I know this is kind of whiny but at the same time I feel it's not unreasonable to be somewhat annoyed that EFX did not post any information about this shipping option on their own website, and instead relied on message board postings to get it out there. But then again maybe they didn't want it to be broadcast to discourage those not attending the Con from purchasing (though that leads back to "oh there must be a standard edition coming later"). Just very confusing.

The posted here is why I ordered, also because of that shipping clause. It was on the web page, you just had to read the bottom smaller print. It is a beautiful badge. If EFX were to offer a modified badge, say a "belt clip" badge non exclusive as a good example, I would jump on it as well.

Yeah man, I'm surprised they didn't sell this one on their website. I was waiting for it, ready to order it. It would have been a great companion piece with the Coulson cards I got from eFx. I'm in for a second run as well.

I got an email from them last week, Monday or so, after sending them an email wondering what my shipping status was, apparently they haven't sorted their shipping claim out yet I'm still waiting for my badge to show up... I haven't even gotten the shipping notice yet :\

Yeah, I'm pretty frustrated with this whole thing, too. I see folks on here getting a couple of shipping notices, then some of us get one saying that they should ship by the weekend. When it was obvious that that wasn't going to happen, we should have at least gotten an update.

My confusion is that even though the damaged pallet was the initial cause of the delay, & they were told not to break it open, some were able to be shipped. That would seem to say that the insurance issue is past. Now you're just waiting for the cards to be matched to the badges? Wasn't this limited to 500, with a lot of them picked up at the con?

Maybe I'm being unreasonable, & I admit I have no insight in to the inner workings of the company, but with nothing else being shipped from them at the moment, Why isn't this product getting out the door a top priority?

If I went to the mail box today & it was in there, I'd still be ticked off at the lack of ANY communication.

I believe it was limited to 1,500. It's also quite possible that there was more than one pallet, and only one was damaged allowing some but not all to be shipped

From what I have read, they have three different runs if items shipping currently, so sound like they have their hands full getting items out the door presently.

Damn, everybody here is talking about their badges meanwhile I haven't heard anything about my Thor Helmet or Hammer. When will the hammer finish shipping and better yet, when will the helmets START shipping? It's only 250 pieces and when I ordered, they said Q1 release.

Hi i have my hammer, its amazing real cool prop :love :thumbsup i have the number 230. The silica gel bag is the largest I've ever seen :eek But at the end of the handle you can see the 2 screws which is bad. :facepalm But its ok because everything together with the stand and this beautiful soft black bag is Super.

BBTS is notorious for taking forever. The few times i preordered stuff it was on amazon and in stores even before they got it in and shipped.
