I'm also on the list of folks waiting for the Cap shield and cowl. If the shield looks as good as it does in the pictures it will be worth the wait.

Did anyone get a confirmation email saying that their picture and details had been received for their personalised SHIELD card? I never received anything and I don't know whether to re-send my email because my picture was over the size limit
Nada on the confirmation. Which was a bit of a worry as I was one of those who sent a larger file in the beginning. I assume they worked with what was sent. Most Id card machines automatically adjust the input picture based on the head ratio in the picture and zoom it down to fit the ID. I have a smaller picture I could have sent but... Just in case, I ordered a reelfakes one and received a great ID.
The ones they didn't receive got bounced back, so you would know. No confirmation was sent for a successful email received.

Not sure if it was intended, or just poor printing, but the color on the cards is a bit uneven. The background detail is a bit blurry/faded as well. There are certainly sharper replicas out there. The wallet/badge itself is great though!

Do you mean the custom replica cards or the Coulson replica card? If it's the custom, I can live with that, but I want the Coulson one to look good.
I'll double check when I get home, but I believe it was both.
Just checked again... They are both lacking a little bit in the sharpness category. The coloring on both of my IDs is a little uneven as well at the top. Still worth having just for the badge and wallet, though IMO.

that's a real shame, how difficult is it to print sharp images?
Most card printers use a 300 DPI format. It is good enough to produce a quality image without producing a high resolution, which is meant for more realistic security documents in real life situations. This is a $ 50 dollar replica, it should be expected with this type of prop, or as they say, you get what you pay for. Although, on the big screen such a ID is good enough, so this is accurate to the props you do see on TV and the big screen.
EFX really has done a super job considering the embossed leather wallet, metal badge, two IDs and paying the licensed fees for such. It is an incredible bargain for collectors.

I got one of the Sheild wallets and really wonder why they would design (not EFX, the original designers) the centre of the crest to be so high. Two weeks of field use and that little crest would completely scratch the centre of the plastic in front of the ID card.
It's a nice piece though, very heavy and the details are super crisp. I had no issue with the card, it looks authentic to the Card printers quality I've seen.

I still haven't gotten mine, but yeah, I think at $50 it was probably underpriced a bit. It'd have been a deal at twice the price I think. I doubt we'd have a run here of this quality with holder, metal badge and card at that price.

Paid for shipping the other day. Hopefully it'll ship soon. Getting worried about the quality of the cards, though, I saw the junkyard thread where he's doing a double sided custom, which I think would look much nicer in the long run
A question for those that have received their wallets shipped: Did your account information show that it had shipped? Nothing on my account but it could be thait has not shipped or that EFX just does not index it in the account information. wondering which it may be for my order.
I don't know if any have shipped yet. I had a friend pick mine up at NYCC and he mailed it to me
