ECTO Goggles V 2.0

9/15/09:
Starting on a new set of ECTO Goggles. These are made with REAL PVS-5a frames, and some resin parts from Thiago.

Just got them home, so havent had time to clean them up or anything yet. I will get that started tomarrow.

EDIT:

found some left over sign from when i made my friend some REPOMAN blades.

So I made a faceplate for my goggles.

9/19/09:
today was the 1st day in like, 2 weeks, that we haven't got any rain. So what do I do?

I PAINT!

Still need to make the head strap, get some thumbscrews, and weather it a bit.


9/22/09:

Seeing as the wife is out getting stuff for my B-Day party...and the fact I have yet to make the head strap....

I put my goggles on beetlejuice to show how they look when being worn.

I may end up slimming out the padding

Well... The thumb screws are made form the little wooden dowels that you get with boxed shelves and stuff you can get from places like Wal-Mart. nick-a-tron had a few extra, so he sent them my way. THANX AGAIN MAN!

The labels are printed out, glued down, and then coated with Mod Podge.

The side label is made by Kingpin....i don;t remember where I got the other one from. It has been saved on my PC for a while.


Also made the straps tonight.
