Thank you for owning up to your stupidity, and for writing your apology, however awkward it is. As of right now, I personally think you should be banned, straight-up.
But I'm stepping away for a bit to cool down.

You can hope for forgiveness. But you're not entitled to it, nor to membership on this site or youtube.

Understand if you guys want to ban me As of forgiveness I don't expect it at all but all I am going to do is leave my ban up to you guys and maybe one day I'll be Alright to work myself up to s normal status. I completely get it if you guys are gonna shun me or anything like that. And yes I get that views and being cool like you guys is a stupid excuse but it's true and I'm the kind of kid who just wants to fit in and be accepted so I tried to get noticed with that video. But also I know that I'm not in the position to be saying this but as of the recasting I never actually made anything or copied it. I guess I only made it seem like I had which technically is just is bad but overall I never sold or tried to sell anything except later on when I needed to sell the full combo but even when I sold that I didn't sell it just to get money I sold it to get funds for windows that I broke. Honestly I had no choice and when selling I listed it as TJacks and took no credit whatsoever except for the assembly. All of it was just for personal use and never planned to sell anything copied. Anyways, I just wanted to clear this up but as of now the fate of this account is in your guys' hands

Just a quick side note too all of my YouTube videos have been deleted except for my suit and webshooters and all were deleted on my own terms. I'm starting anew with hopes of making better videos with credit given where needed

He're is the thing, you can be, no you should be really happy that the banning is not up to us, it's a decision the mods make with the combination of how Tjack, and Tjack only, feels about it.

Trust me, if it was up to the members you would be long banned by now, you can see that Lunaman is pretty angry about the situation and that sums it up for nearly every single member in the forums.

We get furious if a person tries to pass someone elses work as their own, period.
The amount of times this has been done to this great community, lowifying a lot of great artists hard work is just sheer ignorance and lack of emphaty, and people are to the point of being downright sick of it by now.

So you can be very very happy that it's not up to us that you get banned or not, and see this as a serious wake up call and truly change the way you go about these things from now on.

This is all I'm gonna say about this.

Yeah I know. TJack and I have worked things out and aren't on bad terms I don't think. But I'm definitely taking this as a serious wake up call.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, just got home from taking my kids to their swimming lessons.

I'm not going to say a lot as I'm sure most people can figure out how I feel about these recent events. As rentonjosh has stated, we have been talking in pm about this situation and I appreciate the fact he took down the videos. It's a step in the right direction. While I'm still not happy with what he did, I beleive his word when he says he didn't recast any of my work - maybe I'm too trusting of an individual, but I tend to give the benefit of the doubt when I don't have evidence to the contrary.

I am by no means condoning his actions and trust me, I was furious when I was sent the link to his videos and first watched them. Between this and the whole spideymaker thing, I was seriously considering just stopping altogether.

That being said, the information is available for the mods to do as they see fit. I

Sent Spideymaker a message on eBay pretending to be interested (which I'm not; already own an awesome TJack lens combo) and calling him out on his recast. Asked him if he had proof that he did not recast them. This was his reply:
"Dear chad3122,

Sorry buddy but I do not send these lenses internationally and they are not recasted. Thanks.

- spideymaker"

I suggest everyone who has an eBay account call him out on his recasting and report the ad.

I will probably see some vids of yours since every week I look for new spidey suits for that week. I just hope from your future actions prove that you are sorry for what you did. Actions speak louder than words. Maybe I will subscribe back when I see some vids of yours that are genuine. I make vids if I feel like it, not to be cool. If you seen my Spidey rant vid and know what its about, you will know how much people don't like that on YouTube, but I made it because it needed to be said. Basically just make what you wanna make and as long as you are genuine then you are cool.

Hey man, I know what I did was horrible and wrong but I guess it's kind of in the past. I'd still understand if you guys want to ban me but I'm trying to start over and as lunaman has stated I can't and am not expecting forgiveness. So again, I'm sorry but I didn't even mean to recast anything. Heck I never even thought of it like that. And I know that it still counts but not knowing must account a tiny bit. Anyways, I am trying to become a reformed member and an active help in this community and even though all of this has happened I don't know what it would be like not to able to check out all of your guys' work. Sorry tjack, and sorry ghost minion but thanks for reading the whole thread at least.
