What do you think about the blue stamp is it exactly the same as the on one enveloppe?

I'm not to sure what colour the stamp is on the envelope. From some sources I have seen it seems to be more grey than blue.

Maybe, but that can be fixed with just different ink, it could also explain why the blue is not very blue on telegram itself, of course, that theory can work only if both stamps are same exact size.
