Earthstar Galactica Scratch build

I was going through some old pics and came across these. Before it was called "battlestar" it was going be an "earthstar". I made this around '97. It's sort of based on the concept art where all the surface detail was smoother. It was about 18 inches in lenth. Unfortunately these pictures are the only ones I have to show.

I wish I had made it with wider landing bays and pylons. In one concept illustration I saw vipers launching off the front in the area in front of the bridge. Wierd to see what could have been.
