Don't think there's a company making airsoft sterlings anymore, Asahi made an airsoft L2A3 before but as far as i know they're no longer produced so you'll have to dig up a second hand one

Wow that's a result those Asahi guns don't pop up that often, that blank firer is cool bit pricey though.
there was a site i found a while back that were selling gold plated L2A3's i'll try find the link if i can pretty cool.

I've seen more than one person build an airsoft pistol into a PVC E-11 at the Blaster Builders Club. Maybe that is something worth considering.

where i can get good reference pictures of the blaster used ih ANH movie? There are very few on the net and very low resolution.
I am looking especially for details of the hengster counter attached to the sterling.
