3D printed from Galactic Armory model, and customized the power cell housing with LEDs, and installed a functional flashlight. Weathering/wear applied to match screen prop and Rogue One movie.

Also gave the trigger spring action.

Nice! What infill did you use? My nephew printed something out and I was skeptical of printing props, but it had heft. I think he used 50-70% or something. I've got GA's Republic Commando helmet waiting to sand/paint now.

Hello, and thanks! I used 25% for basic infil, but my printing profile also assigns more solid infil %s for edges/angles, so it’s not only 25%. Even so- I use a think wooden dowel that runs through the core of the blaster, and some small diameter metal rods to reinforce the rods in the buttstock and underbarel. I plan to print the GA Republic Commando helmet too! Good luck on your bucket!

Nice job. If you airbrush a light ring of orange near the blue it will give a slightly better look.
