Durable Casting Product

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a super durable casting product (resin or otherwise), that I can use in a urethane mold that can withstand the rigors of outdoor life (heat/cold/moisture/sunlight) and maybe some vibration without cracking up or crumbling in a year or so. The object is about 3 inches long so it's not very big.

Most two part fast cast resins ,will do the job , you don't say what it is other than it must withstand the outdoors, so my advice is fairly general - but I have pieces I cast as a beginner over 30 years ago , so they will last !

Yes most urethane resins are pretty tough. If it's going to be outdoors a lot you should either paint it, or mix in a UV resistant additive Sun Devil® UV Resistant Additive for Urethane Rubber & Plastic This will keep it from getting brittle over time.

Have you seen the Smoothcast 60D line? Seems pretty much what you are looking for.
