The PR firm is due to release a statement in 2017.
I think people are giving this game a raw deal. It's Duke Nukem. Did you expect a sophisticated story line? This is from the series where you tip pole dancers and a hidden easter egg was to turn on a porno movie. The game play wasn't really innovative in previous versions either. The graphics currently are passable, but sure they aren't next generation, and they never promised they'd be next generation. It's an amusing call back to the Duke Nukems I played as a kid, and while I probably won't replay it, it was still fun to play through once (though I hated the second Octoking battle).

I can definitely see where you are coming from. I wasn't expecting high-brow game play. I guess I expected more after such a long time. This might seem a little funny to say about a Duke Nukem game but it just didn't feel polished. I didn't feel like they really contributed to the Duke Nukem name. With that being said, the old adage of wanting something is better than having something is definitely true of Duke Nukem Forever.
.....it seems like they should have taken a little while longer to make it.
