DST/AA TOS Phaser upgrade metal parts

I know there was someone offering a metal upgrade kit for the AA/DST TOS phaser. I know about http://usscassiopeia.com but I heard that they are no longer selling kits. Does anyone know where I can get all the metal parts for a full upgrade? Anyone who has upgraded their AA/DST phaser can u please post some pics?

Occasionally I see them on ebay sold individually. The nozzle, the trigger, etc.

A phaser isn't a lighsaber, you can't just throw a rifle grenade together with a sink knob.

A decent front nozzle is hard to come by.
