I dont see how anyone could turn up naked in a hallway, crying and nobody do anything. that part im skeptical about too. WTF is a permanent resident? I take it this was a swank hotel then and it's some holed and coked up trust fund inbred idiot with no sense of self respect or decency.

That brings up the question, how would he even know who she was and tell a British tabloid. Doctor Who isn't exactly well known in the US. The scifi crowd knows and mostly adores it, but the general public knows next to nothing about it. Especially one of the stars.
