Doctor Who: New shirt

This is probably not going to get answered until Xmas, but does anybody have any clues as to what this shirt might be? The screen grab comes from the End of Time trailer at the end of Waters of Mars, and from what I've seen it's the best shot you get of it, unless there's an on set photo drifting around somewhere.

It looks like there's some kind of oval design or logo on it. The picture isn't incredibly useful, it's clearer in motion in the trailer.

Its the same concealed opening shirt from midnight and the children in need scene. I think its more-so sweat ( or burns?) on the t shirt than a logo!

Which Children in Need scene? And do you get a look at the logo (or burns or whatever) in either of them?
