the mod podge you're using, it's labeled "clear acrylic sealer gloss" right ? I'd like to try out your method on a neck piece, but none of the stuff you're using even exist here, so I need to find everything off Amazon... And any wood glue would work, not just Elmer I guess ?
Also, the bulldog stuff is impossible to import at all outside the US, would plasti-dip do the trick instead ?

By the way, MK 8 boots soon :lol ?

hey doc,
Your're a legend and you really helped me out with my build.
i came up with a little something that helped give the rondo abit extra strength, during the sealing phase i pva glued some fibreglass cloth onto the foam on areas where it might seem weak. once the glue dried it pretty much made it solid... from there i just applied the rondo over the top... it really helped avoid cracking and any damage onto the rondo
I sort of think of it as a hardening base, anyway i thought ill put it out there as a tip for the future

I think any acrylic sealer should work, And yea any wood glue would work as long as its watered down and I think wood glue would be stronger too. I want to try using wood glue but forget everytime I got to the store lol. As for the mark 8 coming soon lol just been realy busy with orders even building a full mark 7 suit for a customer. But once done with boot you'll be the first one I show:D Is thereany kind of adhesion promoters in your area?

Re: foam with rondo+ 7 steps for painting foam here and vid of paint job closeup

thanks ! and nice job on your arm.
Regarding the adhesion promoter, I have yet to find one here... Auto5 has a decent choice of Motip stuff (it's duple color with another name, go figure...) but didn't see anything labeled adhesion promoter... Gonna keep looking...

Hey thanks bud:) Sure any way I can help. Ya did a good job on your helmet. Heres is the main tip for building is to take your time on the cuts. The cleaner the better. Which suit are you building?
