Very ambitious and exciting project. Looking forward to watching this come together.

Thanks for the interest. It is something I have been thinking of doing for a while. Since I couldn't find anything previous on how others did it I figured I would help out the next person.

Now that all the pincer pieces were cut I layered them as a mock-up of what they would look like when hot glued together. The center hexagon is not perfectly even. To make sure everything lined up I numbered the base piece and the piece with the hole and along the bottom I made a mark to remember what was the bottom.
