Discovery Phaser

Watched the series recently, and do like the design of the phaser in Discovery.

Haven't researched replicas exhaustively, but this $30.00 Amazon item seems to be the most readily available.


Actually, not bad...


This is most certainly not my work, nor meets my standards...

But...

I've spent a lot MORE on a lot WORSE hunks of raw resin attempting to look like phasers, Lawgivers, etcetera.

And...

In hand (not in close-up, hi-res scrutiny), it really isn't horrible.

So, yeah... Up close and intimate, it looks pretty sloppy (again, not my work).

Will I primer the mother and start fresh?
