Dexter's Kill Bag and Tools

Got the bag I found on ebay a few days ago.

Here's a closeup of the logo. It is correct (embroidered) but the stripe looks like it may be a dark green rather than dark blue. Also this bag seals with velcro and has no zipper.

I also got the ice pick. Here's a shot of the bag filled with some of my own kill tools, er.. I mean kitchen knives.

Update, I got the Messermeister sharpener and also the "substitute" small bone saw in. I fit the bone saw in rather easily by wrapping a piece of cardboard around it.

Sorry bout all the "blasphemer's" knives but the roll just looks better full of blades!

That's the same style bag I bought awhile back. Looks to be in good shape. I couldn't stand the fact that it had no zipper, so I kept looking until I found the correct one. Since you mentioned cutting the flap off of one of your bags, this one is the perfect candidate.

Thats true Pinder. This will probably be the one I do that to. I checked USPS website and the other set from Tom are scheduled to be delivered today! I can't wait to see the spatula knife you cut, and the Kill and Hook knives by Drew!

I'm eager to paint my pick too but not sure exactly what I want to use. RBeato, what kind of paint did you use on your pick? Yours looks good. Mine seems like it was sloppily assembled. I may need to sand the wood down in a few areas so the top and bottom caps fit better.

Here's a pic of my scalpel. (I actually have 5 of them) Pinder how much did you cut yours down? I think mine are slightly different than in that they don't have a logo or say Pakistan anywhere on the blade or handle. I kind of like the length they already are.

You know, I'm not too sure how short I cut mine. It was scaled to the pic of the props guys holding it. Mine is still buried in a box somewhere from my recent move. I need to set up my display area ASAP, but when I find it, I'll post how long it is.

There should be enough info in this thread for someone that is capable of recreating it to do so. Even if I did share the files I used for production, I doubt they would be much use to most people.

Did you have product it?
Wow, really compliments.
your talent is huge :love
Do you sell it again?

Sorry for the delay. I used regular black acrylic paint for the pick. They are indeed put together rather poorly. Be careful when you try to take it apart, I did the same and the top part snapped off. It was made attached to the actual pick which is the part that snapped.
Good luck.

Omfg!!!!! I FINALLY scored an ITK doll! It hasn't even been taken out of the box. My dexter collection is basically complete

Nice work, man! I scored one with the same face awhile back. It needs some proper hair and a repaint. We'll see if that actually happens. Hahaha!!

For the longest time I contemplated buying one with the same face but never did, glad I waited.
Changing the hair shouldn't be to hard to do, you just gotta match the right color.

I can't decide if I want to keep this ITK doll mint in the box, or take the plunge and cut her up. It is very rare nowadays, more so Mint in box.
What to do what to do.

Cut that ***** up! It's worth jack to doll collectors.

OR... I'll send you mine to cut up, and you can send me yours to "keep mint in box". :D
