Glad to see all the progress since I last checked in.
I got a big boy job and moved to a new city so I haven't really had a chance to check in here, but it's nice to see that you guys still seem to have the drive, determination, and research skills I don't have the time for any more.
Keep up the awesome work. I can't wait to see the first completed bag!

:lol I'm not sure if he is offering the cutting (I was half joking). He is burning up a lot of bits it sounds like.

Dremel cutting bits wear out really quickly, when they aren't outright breaking.

I did some more work on mine... looks WAAAY better than I had hoped.
These pics were taken back-to-back (with a much better camera). One without a backlight, one with. Shows off the slightly polished yet still machined look.
I tried to do some of this at home, but I was eating up Dremel bits, so I decided to finish at work. I should be able to offering cutting services for those who aren't able to do so themselves, as long as I don't have to do them all at once. Just PM about it so this thread doesn't change directions too far.
I know the blade looks really polished in the second pic, but in person, it matches the handle really well.

Pinder, you really did an amazing job on cutting this. I can't wait to see one of those cut spatulas in a Kill Bag next to everything else!!! :love

Wow. It's a little strange that it's discontinued seeing as how it's a Rachiotomy Bone Saw. I mean if it used in that field, there have still got to be some places that offer it. There's no way that a saw used directly in Rachiotomy is completely gone. Oh well, I guess the hunt goes on for us. What did they replace it with?

I'm in shock that this small bone saw is discontinued??? how in the world can that be NOW?.I do feel Lucky that i got it but I'm bummed out because it's gonna suck :unsure that only me has the saw?

Yeah speaking of which, how did you convince the other website to sell you the small bone saw? what sort of *BS* story should I tell these people when I call them for the saw? lol
