Dental Expander Help!

Hey guys n Gals,

Ok I'm gonna thro this out there to the masses...
I appreciate I am new but I hope that the likes of Gino and Art will back me up on my credibility?

What I intend is to make is an accurate brass 'cast' of an original dental expander? both for Fett and Vader's out there!
I do make various Fett replicas from found parts and this seems to me one of the elusive parts to have?
